MedFlow is a planned AegisOS module for medical practices, dental practices, and senior living centers—bringing the same double-entry ledger, immutable audit log, and workflow engine that power LexFlow and LoanServ to healthcare operations.
MedFlow is in development and not yet available. It has not been certified for any healthcare compliance framework.
What's planned

Billing engine
Built on the same concurrency-tested billing engine as LexFlow and LoanServ.
Double-entry general ledger
A full chart of accounts, journal entries, trial balance, and financial statements for the practice.
Compliance status
Not yet certified for regulated healthcare data.
MedFlow is early in development. It is not HIPAA certified, has not completed a third-party security audit, and should not be used to store protected health information today. See our security and compliance roadmap for where this is headed.
